To start a refund, please contact us at info@mfonzidesigns.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If that happens, we’ll be happy to help you exchange your purchase — either for the same item or for another of greater value, with the price difference applied.
